Brut Rosé Reserve

The Brut Rosé Reserve from Bründlmayer is an Austrian Sekt with real depth: smoky minerality meets red fruit, the perlage is fine and persistent.

Willi Bründlmayer is one of the defining winemakers of the Kamptal — his winery in Langenlois manages organically certified vineyards and has been considered one of Austria's most reliable addresses for decades. The Brut Rosé Reserve is made from Pinot Noir, Zweigelt, and St. Laurent, three grape varieties that together represent the spectrum of Austrian red wine culture.

In the glass, the Sekt glows in a delicate salmon pink. On the nose, it opens with sour cherry and pomegranate, underscored by a subtle hint of smoke that gives the wine tension. On the palate, it shows a lively acidity, medium body, and a dry, fruit-forward finish with fine spice.

Served well-chilled at 7–9 °C, it accompanies salmon tartare, goat cheese crostini, or light appetizers with berry vinaigrette. It also cuts a fine figure as an aperitif before a summer menu.
