Bouvet Cremant de Loire Demi Sec

Bouvet Cremant de Loire Demi Sec
Bouvet Ladubay is one of the most renowned Crémant producers in the Loire Valley — based in Saumur since 1851, with its tuff stone cellar serving as a natural aging chamber. This Demi-Sec is the sweeter of their portfolio: with noticeable residual sweetness, but enough acidity to avoid feeling heavy.
In the glass, a deep golden yellow with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose offers ripe pear, apple, brioche, and a hint of vanilla—along with delicate toasty aromas from aging on the lees. On the palate, it is creamy and smooth, with a gentle and fruity finish.
A well-chilled aperitif or accompaniment to fruit- or cream-based desserts — Tarte Tatin, macarons, mild blue cheese. Serving temperature: 6–8 °C.
