Bouvet Zero Dosage Extra Brut Saumur AOP

The Extra Brut Zero is, so to speak, the purist side of the house. Zero stands for the absence of dosage, the addition of sugar before corking, which otherwise designates the sparkling wine as Extra Brut, Brut, or Demi-Sec. This has been omitted here. The result is an uncompromising aromatic profile, especially for the discerning palate. Crystal-clear, fine head. One detects hints of sea salt, fresh pear, and white blossoms. On the palate, the sparkling wine is creamy and refreshing, with aromas of lemon, oysters, and even a touch of brioche. It invigorates the palate. This extra-dry cuvée also impresses connoisseurs.
