Bersano Nirvasco Barolo DOCG
The classic 'Nirvasco' Barolo, made in the traditional style, is full-bodied and powerful in flavor, with a bouquet reminiscent of cinnamon and ripe plums. With its tannin-tamed aromas that unfold slowly, the 'Nirvasco' is already a taste sensation, yet possesses the potential for a great future. The grapes, grown on limestone and schist soils, were harvested by hand and fermented for 10 days at 25-27°C. The wine then aged for twelve months in large Slavonian oak barrels. James Suckling: 91 points for the 2013 vintage, 92 points for the 2015 vintage.
