The Amorosa di Dicembre from Jacopo Poli is a vintage grappa from the Veneto — distilled from carefully selected pomace varieties of the region, which have set the standard for this line since 1983.

The family business Jacopo Poli is one of Italy's most renowned grappa distilleries. Based for generations in Schiavon in the Veneto, Poli stands for artisanal distillation with a clear focus on origin and raw material quality. The Amorosa di Dicembre — translated "December Love" — carries the character of the vintage in its name and in the glass.

On the nose, the grappa is fruity-floral with warm notes of ripe grapes, a hint of white flowers, and fine spice. On the palate, round and balanced, with a velvety texture that is typical of Poli's style. The finish is long, slightly sweet, and pleasantly dry at the same time.

Neat at room temperature in a small tulip glass — classic as a digestif after an autumn or winter menu. Pairs with dark chocolate or a mature hard cheese from the Veneto. Serving temperature: 16–18 °C.
