Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature

The first vintage of Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature is a vintage sparkling wine produced using the traditional method of bottle fermentation. The vines grow on red and yellow sandstone. The grapes were hand-harvested and spontaneously fermented in 2,500-liter double vats. Bottle fermentation and lees aging took place over 24 months before the sparkling wine was disgorged without dosage. Upon pouring, the sparkling wine's effervescence becomes fine within seconds. On the palate, it offers a creamy texture and displays refined acidity and chalky minerality. All of this provides the foundation for a juicy yet firm white-fleshed and citrusy fruitiness, with hints of ginger, white pepper, and puff pastry. It has become an intense and pleasantly powerful Blanc de Blancs.
