Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon

The Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon unfolds a remarkable array of aromas, largely derived from the renowned To Kalon Vineyard, a prime site within the Oakville District appellation. The poor soil and perfect sun exposure foster the development of complex aromas and impeccable phenolic ripeness. Following a 32-day maceration, the wine matured for 20 months in French oak barrels. This aging process optimally accentuated the varietal character and the suppleness of the tannins. The bouquet reveals notes of blackberries, blueberries, plums, chocolate, nutmeg, and subtle oak. On the palate, it is juicy with vibrant acidity and a harmonious flow from the first sip to the finish.
