Regaleali Bianco – a Sicilian classic for 56 vintages. The first wine from Count Tasca d'Almerita, a blend of Inzolia, Catarratto, Grecanico, and a touch of Chardonnay. Simply vinified in stainless steel, versatile, refreshing, and delicious.
Straw yellow in the glass. The nose: green apples , dried fruit , pear, grapefruit. On the palate, crisp acidity, rich body – uncomplicated white wine enjoyment that is particularly refreshing on hot days.
A wine that embodies the terroir of the hilly landscape around Valledolmo . Sicily as it tastes – in the distinctive "Rheingau" bottle.

A dry, fruity wine with a mild, soft character. It lacks a bit of bite/acidity, but that's exactly the kind of wine I wanted.
Sicilian summer

Yes, it is vinified dry. The acidity feels fresh, not tart — an uncomplicated everyday wine without residual sugar.
What does the wine pair best with?
It is widely applicable: with grilled fish, seafood, light pasta dishes, or antipasti. It also cuts a fine figure as an aperitif on warm evenings.
At what temperature should I serve it?
Best between 8 and 10 °C — so well chilled, but not ice-cold. This brings out the fruit and acidity most clearly.
How long can I store the Regaleali Bianco?
As a steel-tank white wine without wood aging, it is designed for fresh drinking pleasure. The 2025 vintage should be drunk in the next two to three years — the sooner, the livelier.
Which grape varieties make up the cuvée?
The Regaleali Bianco is a cuvée of the Sicilian varieties Inzolia, Catarratto, and Grecanico, supplemented by some Chardonnay. The local varieties shape the character, the Chardonnay rounds off the body.

Regaleali, with 460 hectares in the heart of Sicily, is the centerpiece. In the 19th century, Villa Tasca was the center of social and artistic life.
