Rosé di Regaleali Sicilia

A Sicilian rosé that brings the energy of the island directly into the glass: bright salmon pink, clear fruit, invigorating freshness.

Tasca d'Almerita has cultivated the Regaleali vineyard in the heart of Sicily since 1830 – far from the coast, at an altitude of 400 to 900 meters. The significant temperature variations between day and night ensure that the grapes retain an acidity and aromatic depth not typically expected from a Mediterranean island. The Rosé di Regaleali is made exclusively from Nerello Mascalese , one of Sicily's most elegant red grape varieties.

The nose reveals aromas of pomegranate, red currant, and a hint of wild rose. On the palate, it is juicy and lively, with a crisp acidity that keeps the wine lean. The finish is short to medium-long, fruity, and dry – not a trace of excess sweetness. Falstaff recently awarded it 91 points at the Rosé Trophy.

Serving temperature: 8–10 °C. Pairs well with grilled octopus, seafood salad, ricotta ravioli with tomato sauce, or a summer aperitivo with olives and pecorino cheese. Drinking window: now until 2026.
