Cecchi La Mora Vermentino DOC
The Vermentino grape variety is the classic white grape variety of the Maremma. Thanks to the proximity to the sea, the grapes in the Maremma experience optimal ripening.
The Maremma, located in southern Tuscany and originally known for its wild horses, has matured into an up-and-coming wine region today.
Here, the traditional Cecchi family, one of the leading producers in Tuscany with over 400 hectares of their own vineyards, has found ideal conditions for viticulture.
They showcase the region's grapes perfectly and produce full-bodied and fruit-forward wines.
For the aromatic La Mora Vermentino, Cecchi vinifies the grapes cool and ages the wine in stainless steel tanks. Dry, very fruity, delicate acidity, lingering scent of yellow fruits, it impresses with a fine acid structure and offers a long-lasting taste experience.

The Winery
Cecchi – a Tuscan family winery with humble beginnings. In 1893, Luigi Cecchi started as a wine merchant; in 1900, he created the Cecchi brand with his son Cesare. Today, Cesare and Andrea manage the company.
Cecchi produces in various regions of Tuscany – and recently also in Umbria. Dynamic, yet deeply rooted. Always looking for the next step without losing sight of history.
The wines? Graceful, warm, accessible. Just like Andrea Cecchi: a Tuscan gentleman with style. Cecchi – that is Tuscany to drink.
