Max Shiraz Cabernet

Color: deep, dark, glossy purplish-red\r\nAmusement: fruit-forward bouquet with aromas of juicy sour cherries, blackberries, and blackcurrants, underpinned by a hint of herbal spice (sage, bay leaf) and slightly earthy\r\nhints\r\nTaste: dark fruit also dominates on the palate with ripe sour cherries, blackberries, and blackcurrants alongside fine notes of herbs and spices, a robust pinch of pepper, and delicate hints of crème brûlée (buttered caramel, vanilla). The ripe, fine-grained, clearly focused, yet gently integrated tannins, as well as the deliberately judicious use of oak, give the wine backbone but otherwise remain in the background. The fruit dominates right through to the finish, making Max's Shiraz Cabernet a pleasantly approachable wine that offers maximum drinking pleasure immediately upon release.
