Champagne Penfolds X Brut Rosé GP 0.75L
A collaboration with a clear signature: The traditional Australian winery Penfolds and the Champagne house Thiénot from Reims have been working together since 2019 — the result is this collection of three Champagnes, the foundation of which is this Brut Rosé.
Thiénot's head winemaker, Nicholas Uriel, is responsible for the vinification in Champagne, while Penfolds' head winemaker, Peter Gago, brings an Australian perspective to the structure and style. This non-vintage Brut Rosé combines typical Champagne elegance with a fruit-forward character: red berries, a hint of brioche, fine bubbles, and a dry, fresh finish. The dosage remains in the Brut range, giving the wine vibrancy without sweetness.
Serving temperature: 8–10 °C. Pairs well as an aperitif, with light appetizers, salmon tartare, or strawberry desserts. For those wishing to explore the collection, this rosé offers the most accessible entry point—even before the 2012 Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs and Blanc de Noirs.
