Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon

Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon
A Cabernet Sauvignon that brings the warm summers and cool nights of Paso Robles directly into the glass: dark fruit, warmth and a pleasant spiciness.
Delicato Family Wines is a family-owned winery in California that has been producing wine since the 1920s. Paso Robles, located in San Luis Obispo County, is considered one of California's most dynamic red wine regions—large temperature swings between hot days and cool nights ensure fruit ripening while maintaining structure.
In the glass, the wine displays a deep ruby red color. The nose offers blackberry, black cherry, and a hint of plum jam, underpinned by vanilla and toasty aromas from aging in bourbon barrels. On the palate, velvety tannins, medium acidity, and a warm finish with notes of dark chocolate and tobacco.
Serving temperature: 16–18 °C. Ready to drink now, but will keep until 2027. Pairs well with grilled ribeye, pulled pork, spicy chorizo or a strong cheddar.
Delicato Family Wines – behind this name lies a story that began 100 years ago in California. What an immigrant family started with the dream of good wines and their own land is today one of the most renowned family wineries in the USA.
Rooted in the fertile soils of Central California, Delicato builds on decades of knowledge and a genuine sense of family. The wines reflect this: approachable, honest, and with the typical charm of the California sun – whether juicy reds, fresh whites, or expressive rosés.
For you, this means: wine that simply brings joy – without major hurdles.
