Kolonne Null Rosé dry alcohol-free

An alcohol-free rosé that doesn't feel like deprivation – but rather like a conscious choice. The Kolonne Null Rosé shows that alcohol-free wine can do far more than simply fill a gap on the table.

Behind the Kolonne Null brand lies a clear concept: wines produced through targeted alcohol removal while retaining their aromatic profile. The must is initially vinified like a classic rosé – skin contact, cooling, controlled fermentation – and then gently alcoholized. The result: a salmon-colored rosé with genuine wine structure.

In the glass, it displays aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and a hint of watermelon. The finish is fresh, with lively acidity and a light fruitiness that doesn't become overly sweet. Remarkably well-balanced for a non-alcoholic wine.

Good, but a touch sweeter than would be perfect.

Good taste, unfortunately a bit sweeter than hoped. I would prefer something drier. But it can be enjoyed well with various types of food.

The Winery

Kolonne Null

Kolonne Null was founded in Berlin in 2018 and has dedicated itself to a single, clear task: to make non-alcoholic wine that truly deserves the name. No grape juice, no artificial product – but real wine that is gently dealcoholized via vacuum distillation after fermentation so that aroma and structure are preserved.

For this, the Berlin team works without its own winery, but instead with carefully selected family wineries whose grapes are tasted, blended, and selected in the in-house laboratory. What began in 2019 with 500 bottles at Berlin's weekly markets is today one of the best-known addresses for non-alcoholic wine in the German-speaking world.
