Kolonne Null Cuvée Rouge No. 3

An alcohol-free red wine that does not see itself as a compromise: The Cuvée Rouge No3 from Kolonne Null shows what is possible when vinification and dealcoholization are taken seriously.

Kolonne Null specializes in alcohol-free wines – not as a niche product, but with the aim of achieving the sensory quality of conventional wines. The Cuvée Rouge No. 3 is a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon , partially aged in barriques before the alcohol is gently removed.

Deep, dark red in the glass. On the nose, blackberry, red cherry, and a subtle hint of cedar from barrel aging. Soft and rounded on the palate, with notes of clove and dark plum; the finish reveals a light wood spice. Remarkably structured for a non-alcoholic wine.

Column Zero

Kolonne Null was founded in Berlin in 2018 and has dedicated itself to a single, clear mission: to make alcohol-free wine that truly deserves the name. No grape juice, no artificial product – but real wine, which, after fermentation, is carefully dealcoholized using vacuum distillation to preserve its aroma and structure. To achieve this, the Berlin team works without its own vineyard, collaborating instead with carefully selected family wineries whose grapes are tasted, blended, and selected in their in-house laboratory. What began in 2019 with 500 bottles at Berlin's weekly markets is now one of the most renowned names in alcohol-free wine in the German-speaking world.
