Inspired by local herbs that form the basis of the world-famous "Hierbas Ibicencas," this herb salt pairs perfectly with typical Mediterranean white fish such as sea bream or grilled chicken breast. In addition to the aromas of essential oils from anise, fennel, chamomile, lavender, orange, mint, sage, thyme, juniper, and rosemary, this special herb salt is also blended with lemon zest and chamomile buds. A portion of the sales price goes to the Ibiza Preservation Fund, which supports local projects on the island that sustainably preserve or restore its natural beauty.
