Salt & Vinegar Chips

Paper-thin potato chips, seasoned with fleur de sel from Ibiza and sherry vinegar made from the golden Muscat grape—this is the Spanish answer to a British classic. Sal de Ibiza combines the mineral sea salt of the Balearic Islands with the mild fruit acidity of a high-quality sherry vinegar. The result: no aggressive spiciness, but a balanced interplay of fruit and acidity with a crisp bite.

As a snack during a wine tasting, on a cheese board, or simply as an aperitif—these chips go well with a fresh wheat beer, but also with a dry Fino sherry or a crisp Manzanilla. For those with a more wine-loving bent: the salty acidity harmonizes surprisingly well with a young, uncomplicated Grüner Veltliner or a Cava Brut.
