Salt & Vinegar Chips 45g

Thinly sliced potato chips, seasoned with Flor de Sal from Ibiza and sherry vinegar from the golden Muscat grape—Sal de Ibiza's answer to the British classic Salt & Vinegar.

Sal de Ibiza harvests the sea salt by hand from the island's salt pans, one of the last traditionally managed salt gardens in the Mediterranean. The Flor de Sal only forms on the water's surface under specific wind and temperature conditions, remaining particularly fine and mineral-rich.

In the mouth, a crisp texture, clear salt note, and the fruity acidity of the sherry vinegar meet—less sharp than classic malt vinegar chips, but with a mild sweetness in the finish. Pairs with a dry Fino sherry, a crisp Manzanilla, or a young Grüner Veltliner.

Sourced exclusively from the protected nature reserve "Parc natural de ses Salines d'Eivissa" on the island of Ibiza, their salt undergoes no refinement other than slow drying under the sun and gentle grinding in ancient stone mills.
