Black Stallion Limited Release Cabernet Sauvignon

A Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley that shows why this region is considered the global benchmark for the grape variety – structured, ripe and with the typical depth of the site.

Black Stallion is part of Delicato Family Wines, one of California's largest family-owned wineries. Located in Oakville, Napa Valley, the winery uses grapes from privileged AVAs in the region. The "Limited Release" line features selective hand-harvesting and extended barrel aging compared to the standard portfolio.

In the glass, it displays a deep ruby ​​red color. The nose offers blackcurrant, blackberry, and a distinct hint of cedar. Vanilla and dark chocolate notes from the oak aging accompany this. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied with velvety tannins, balanced acidity, and a lingering finish with notes of tobacco and plum.
