Black Stallion Pinot Noir

A Pinot Noir from California that focuses on accessibility – velvety, aromatic and without bulky tannins.

Delicato Family Wines is one of the largest family wineries in the USA. The Black Stallion winery is located in Napa Valley and uses grapes from selected Californian growing regions. Pinot Noir thrives here in cooler sites, where slow ripening preserves the fruit aroma.

In the glass, this Pinot Noir shows deep ruby red. The nose brings ripe blackberry, sour cherry and a hint of vanilla – typical for the use of American oak. On the palate, soft, with silky tannins and a round acid structure. The finish is medium-long, with an aftertaste of dark plum and clove.
