Black Stallion Limited Release Cabernet Sauvignon

A Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley that shows why this region is considered a global benchmark for the grape variety – structured, ripe, and with the typical depth of the site.

Black Stallion belongs to Delicato Family Wines, one of California's largest family wineries. The winery in Oakville, Napa Valley, uses grapes from privileged AVAs in the region. The "Limited Release" line stands for selective hand-harvesting and longer barrel aging compared to the standard portfolio.

In the glass, a deep ruby red appears. On the nose, black currant, blackberry, and a clear hint of cedar wood. Plus vanilla and dark chocolate from the oak aging. On the palate, medium to full body, velvety tannins, balanced acidity, and a lingering finish with notes of tobacco and plum.
