Calpazio Greco

Calpazio Greco
Grown on the sunny southern slopes of the Cannito vineyard at the foot of Monte Calpazio in Paestum – one of Campania's oldest wine-growing regions, now known for the UNESCO-protected Magna Graecia temples in its immediate vicinity. The indigenous Greco grape variety produces thick-skinned berries here that ripen slowly and develop a rich aromatic profile.
Gentle pressing, controlled fermentation: The wine retains the natural freshness of the vineyard. In the glass, aromas of yellow plum, pineapple, and apricot emerge, underpinned by white blossoms. On the palate, it is full-bodied and juicy, with vibrant minerality and a long, dry finish.
Serving temperature 10–12 °C. Pairs well with grilled sea bass or orata , seafood with lemon, or pasta with clams. Also excellent on its own as an aperitif.
