Beaujolais Blanc Château des Jacques BIO

Chardonnay from Beaujolais – a region primarily known for its Gamay. Château des Jacques demonstrates that white wines with substance also grow here.

The estate belongs to Maison Louis Jadot and is located in the heart of Moulin-à-Vent. The vineyards are organically cultivated. For their Beaujolais Blanc, the team uses 100% Chardonnay – vinified without oak influence, so that the fruit and the minerality of the soil remain clearly in focus.

In the glass, it displays aromas of yellow peach, apricot, and citrus peel, beneath which lies a fresh, precise acidity. No cloying richness, no heaviness – the finish is mineral and invigorating.

Serving temperature: 10–12 °C. Pairs well with grilled pike-perch , a goat cheese salad, or light pasta dishes with lemon and herbs. Drinking window: now until 2027.
