8K Ancient Red – Georgia in Glass

Georgia is considered one of the oldest wine regions in the world, and Teliani Valley is among the wineries that cultivate this heritage with care and skill. The 8K Ancient Red is a full-bodied red wine that bears the characteristic signature of the Caucasus – warm, rich, and with a pleasing depth that sparks curiosity.

In the glass, it displays a rich ruby red color. The aromas range from dark berries and dried plums to a subtle earthy note, reminiscent of Georgian red wines. On the palate, the tannins are ripe and well-integrated, the fruit remains present without being overpowering – making it approachable yet intriguing.

The 8K Ancient Red is a perfect match for:

  • Grilled lamb or beef
  • Hearty braised dishes and ragouts
  • Mature hard cheeses
  • Traditional Georgian cuisine such as khinkali or khashapuri
