La Grange –
Southern French wines from the Haut-Languedoc

La Grange lies on the edge of the Haut-Languedoc Regional Natural Park, where the southern French light shapes the vines year-round. The winery boasts a history dating back to the 18th century – today, Rolf and Renate Freund run the estate with a clear focus on origin and meticulous craftsmanship.

On 32 hectares grow grape varieties that have defined the Languedoc for centuries: Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Carignan for the red wines, and Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay for the whites. The diversity of the vineyard sites is reflected in the wines – from robust, sun-ripened reds to fresh, aromatic white wines with a Mediterranean character.

For those seeking wines that don't hide their origin, La Grange is an honest address in the South of France. They pair well with grilled lamb, Provençal herb dishes, or a mature local goat cheese.
