La Grange Tradition Selection Sabatier

La Grange Tradition Selection Sabatier
A classic South French cuvée from the Languedoc — structured, spicy and with enough depth for the dining table.
La Grange is one of the established estates in the Languedoc, a region known for its powerful blends of indigenous grape varieties. The Tradition Sélection Sabatier combines Syrah, Grenache, and Mourvèdre—a classic trio from the region.
On the nose, dark blackberry and plum, along with the black pepper typical of Syrah and a hint of dried herbs (garrigue). Mourvèdre contributes balsamic undertones, leather, and a touch of meatiness. On the palate, medium to full-bodied, with ripe tannins and lively acidity. The finish is spicy and long — awarded gold at the 2017 Concours Mondial Feminalise (2016 vintage).
