Almansa

Almansa

Almansa lies in southeastern Castile, at the crossroads of La Mancha and Valencia, and is considered one of the most exciting hidden gems of the Spanish wine world . The region is particularly known for its Garnacha Tintorera – one of the few grape varieties in the world with red flesh. The result is deep, intensely colored red wines with juicy fruit character and pronounced structure, often complemented by Monastrell and Tempranillo.

Almansa offers exceptional value for money that delights wine enthusiasts. At Vinoscout, you'll find a fine selection of three wines from this underrated region, available from just under six euros.
