Castillo de Almansa Reserve

The grapes for the Castillo de Almansa Reserva thrive on 45- to 65-year-old vines growing in nutrient-poor, calcareous, low-rainfall soils at altitudes of 750 to 900 meters. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 12 months in American oak barrels. The Castillo de Almansa Reserva displays a ruby ​​red color with cherry-colored highlights. It offers complex aromas reminiscent of raspberries, plums, vanilla, and spices. On the palate, it is rich and profound, with a smooth and lingering finish.
