About the evening
In spring, the first wines of the new vintage hit the market: fresh white wines, lively rosés, and light reds that are still young and full of fruit.
At our Spring Break, we will taste the first wines of the year and see together what the new vintage has to offer. The perfect evening to leave winter behind you and get in the mood for the terrace season.
How the evening works
The entire evening will be moderated by our wine expert. For each course, we will introduce the accompanying wines: their origin, the people behind them, and what makes each individual wine special.
There will always be room for questions – whether about grape varieties, vinification, or the ideal serving temperature. You don't need any prior knowledge, just curiosity and a love for enjoyment.
The wines
We will taste fresh, young wines from Austria, South Tyrol, and Germany – white, rosé, and a light red. The following wines will be in your glass:
Subject to changes in the wine selection. Should a planned wine be unavailable at short notice, we will select an adequate, harmonious replacement.
The menu
The tasting will be accompanied by a corresponding 4-course menu that picks up on the aromas of the wines and culinarily complements the experience. We will announce the menu at a later date.
Upon request, we also offer a vegetarian menu option – simply let us know when booking.
Included services
The price includes all tasting wines, the menu, as well as water and bread.
