Wachenheimer Goldbächel P.C. Riesling dry QW Palatinate 1.5L

A Riesling from one of the most well-known vineyards in the Palatinate: The Wachenheimer Goldbächel from Dr. Bürklin-Wolf combines floral aromatics with juicy fruit and lively acidity. This magnum bottle (1.5 l) is suitable for larger groups.

The Dr. Bürklin-Wolf winery is located in Wachenheim on the German Wine Route and is one of the renowned estates in the Palatinate. The wines come from organic farming. The abbreviation P.C. stands for the Goldbächel vineyard, a single vineyard that gives the Riesling structure and depth.

On the nose, blossoms appear, plus notes of ripe fruit. On the palate, juicy fruit meets fresh, lively acidity, vinified dry and clearly defined. A fine minerality extends to the finish and gives the wine depth.

Serve it at 8–10 °C. It pairs well with fried fish, poultry with lemon, asparagus or mild goat cheese. The magnum brings it nicely to the table when several guests are drinking.
