Ruppertsberg Village Riesling dry QW Pfalz 0.75L

Ruppertsberg Village Riesling dry QW Pfalz 0.75L
Riesling from the heart of the Palatinate, grown on the calcareous sandstone and loess soils around Ruppertsberg — one of the oldest classified sites in the region. Dr. Bürklin-Wolf, one of the most renowned wineries in the Palatinate, manages its areas organically certified (DE-ÖKO-003) and has been working consistently according to the principle of site expression for years.
In the glass, the Village Ruppertsberg shows a fresh, lively aroma: Golden Delicious, ripe peach, plus subtle smoky hints that give the wine depth. On the palate, it presents itself dry with a clear acidity structure, medium body, and a spicy-mineral finish — typical for Riesling from this corner of the Palatinate.
Served well-chilled at 10–12 °C, it goes well with asparagus with hollandaise sauce, grilled zander, or a fresh goat cheese. It also cuts a fine figure as a companion to Asian dishes with light spice.
