Tufarello Nero di Troia Puglia IGP

The indigenous Nero di Troia grape variety is cultivated in the region surrounding the picturesque town of Canosa di Puglia in the province of Barletta-Andria-Trani. After careful harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented for approximately 15 days. Once the yeasts have settled, malolactic fermentation takes place. Before bottling, the wine matures for about six months in stainless steel tanks. The Tufarello Nero di Troia displays a brilliant garnet-ruby color. The nose offers intense aromas of dark berries and violets. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied with well-balanced tannins.

An alternative to Primitivo

For 7€ a bottle you can't say anything. For a dry red wine very soft, fruity and mild on the palate. Nothing left to do but recommend it. Our package is on the way.

Vigneti del Vulture

Discover the Vigneti del Vulture winery, which gets its name from the Il Vulture volcano, through which lava soil was formed in prehistoric times, which is rich in minerals and thus offers excellent conditions for the vines of the Pipoli and Piano del Cerro wines. The rosé as well as the white wine present fruity, floral notes, whereas the red wines lean towards spicy notes.
