Roseri Chiaretto Riviera del Garda Classico Valtenesi DOC Double Magnum in carrying bag 3.0L

A rosé wine that does not bear its name by chance: Roseri truly reminds one of a budding rose in color and scent — delicate, but with clear contour. Behind it lies the centuries-old Chiaretto tradition of Lake Garda, which Cà Maiol consistently continues on the western shore.

The winery vinifies the Roseri from the four classic grape varieties of the Valtenesi zone: Groppello, Marzemino, Sangiovese, and Barbera. The grapes grow on the clay soils of the Basso Garda, which give the wine its mineral basic tension. After the harvest, they are cold-macerated at a low temperature — the must spends one night in contact with the grape skins, hence the historical nickname "wine of one night." The subsequent fermentation and maturation take place in steel tanks, which preserves the freshness and fruit aroma in an unadulterated way.

In the glass, the Roseri shows pale pink with a hint of salmon color. On the nose, fresh strawberry, pomegranate, and rose blossom, underscored by a fine mineral pull. On the palate, medium body, lively acidity, dry finish with floral notes. The structure carries the wine over several years without it losing its aromatic willingness.

Classically with Lake Garda trout, grilled prawns, or a light risotto with seafood. Serving temperature: 10–12 °C. The double magnum in a carrying bag is well-suited for a larger table outdoors or as a gift for a summer evening with company.
