Roederer Brut Rosé Vintage Graphic GP Champagne Louis Roederer 0.375L

The Brut Rosé Vintage 2018 from Louis Roederer in the 0.375-liter bottle stands for a gastronomic direction of the Rosé Millésimé: more depth and more contour, without losing the juicy house style of the house.

Louis Roederer is a champagne house from Champagne that is known for its vintage cuvées. This rosé is pinot-dominated, and you notice that already in the glass: intense rosé with red, shiny reflections and lively perlage.

On the nose, orange zest and wild raspberry meet a cool, reductive note. On the palate, the champagne appears fresh, broad, and powerful, while soft in texture. Chalky tension meets a present, grainy tannin structure that gives length and profile. The finale increases in a saline and precise way.

Serve it at 8 °C. It pairs well with fried salmon, tuna tataki, or duck breast with red fruits. The half-bottle is well-suited for an evening for two.

The Champagne House

Champagne Louis Roederer

Since the founding of the house in 1776 in Reims, the Louis Roederer winery has been in the possession of the same family. It is now one of the most important independent family businesses in Champagne. Frederic Rouzaud, a direct descendant of Louis Roederer, is the current Directeur Général.

His goal is to invent the champagne of tomorrow so that Louis Roederer will still be a reference in 20 years. The terroir extends over a total area of 240 hectares exclusively in Grand Cru and Premier Cru sites along the Marne river. Since 2001, a gradual conversion of the majority to biodynamic cultivation has been taking place, which is expected to be completed in 2020.
