Riesling Kabinett Juffer

Riesling Kabinett Juffer
A classic Mosel Kabinett from one of the most famous sites in the growing region – delicate, fresh and with the typical lightness that makes Riesling from the Middle Mosel so distinctive.
Schloss Lieser is situated directly on the banks of the Moselle River between Bernkastel and Brauneberg. The winery cultivates steep slopes of blue slate – including the Juffer , one of Brauneberg's great single vineyards with a southern exposure and optimal heat retention. The grapes are harvested by hand, which means genuine manual labor on these steep slopes.
In the glass, the wine displays a pale yellow color with green reflections. The nose offers aromas of lemon zest, white peach, and a hint of slate spice. On the palate, it is light-bodied with lively acidity that neatly integrates the natural residual sweetness typical of the Kabinett style – no cloying sweetness, just perfect balance. The finish is fresh and mineral.
