Reichsrat von Buhl Blanc de Blancs Prestige brut
Blanc de Blancs from the Palatinate, produced by one of Germany's oldest wineries. Reichsrat von Buhl, based in Deidesheim since 1849, vinifies this prestigious sparkling wine exclusively from white grape varieties — classic for the Blanc de Blancs style, which gives the Chardonnay (or in this case, Palatinate Pinot Blanc and Riesling) maximum purity.
On the nose, delicate citrus fruit, green apple, and a hint of brioche. The bubbles are creamy, the finish dry and crisp with a mineral note. Serving temperature: 7–9 °C. Enjoy as an aperitif, with oysters, scallops, or light appetizers with citrus dressing.
