Mille Bolle Spumante Millesimato Extra Dry

Mille Bolle Spumante Millesimato Extra Dry
Mille Bolle – a thousand bubbles – is the motto: The Spumante Millesimato from Sacchetto in the Veneto region shows a fine, persistent perlage and a fruit-forward bouquet of fresh apple and white peach.
As a Millesimato, it comes from a single vintage – not a blend, but a representation of a specific harvest. The Extra Dry style means a residual sugar level between 12 and 17 g/l: drier than a Demi-Sec, but with more fruitiness than a Brut. On the palate, it offers gentle acidity, a creamy texture, and a short, fresh finish.
Well chilled at 6–8 °C as an aperitif, with light appetizers or fruit-based desserts. Also a reliable choice as an uncomplicated accompaniment to a brunch with melon and prosciutto.

Sacchetto – an Italian winery in the heart of Veneto. Founded in the early 20th century by Sisto Sacchetto, the winery was taken over by his son Filiberto in the 1960s. Filiberto restructured the business and transformed it into a competitive enterprise. What sets Sacchetto apart? The combination of tradition and modern techniques – resulting in wines of the highest quality. Across 65 hectares in two growing regions, the Venetian climate and mineral-rich soils ensure optimal growth. The selection includes wines and Proseccos made from Glera, Merlot, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Italian lifestyle you can taste.
