Lentsch Weissburgunder

A Pinot Blanc that shows what the grape variety can do when it is in steady hands: clear fruit, lively acidity, no frills.

The Lentsch winery in Burgenland is a family-run business focused on single-varietal wines that directly express the character of their origin in the glass. Their Pinot Blanc is a prime example of the winery's uncomplicated yet expertly crafted style.

In the glass, it displays ripe pear and white peach, with a delicate almond note on the finish. The acidity is fresh but well-integrated—no harshness, no flattening. Medium-bodied, with a clean, dry finish.

Serving suggestion: Serve chilled at 10–12 °C. Pairs well with asparagus with hollandaise sauce, pan-fried pike-perch, or a risotto with peas and mint. It also makes a great aperitif before a summer dinner. Drink now.

Seegut Lentsch

On the eastern shore of Lake Neusiedl, where sun, wind and water set the pace, lies the Seegut Lentsch estate . For three generations, the family has cultivated wines here in Podersdorf that tell the story of this special corner of the world – honest, distinctive, with soul.

The Pannonian climate noticeably shapes the character of the vines: the warmth of the lake, the expansive gravelly soils, the unique light. What grows here tastes of precisely this place – and of nothing else. Whether a fruity and fresh rosé or an elegant Muscatel with elderflower: at Lentsch, the lake is in every drop.
