Le Sabbie dell'Etna Etna Bianco DOC

Le Sabbie dell'Etna Etna Bianco DOC from Firriato is no ordinary white wine — it is an expression of volcanic soil, Sicilian sun and decades of winemaking expertise on the slopes of Mount Etna.

In the glass, it presents itself as fresh and modern: mimosa, broom, ripe peach, and juicy pear create an inviting, vibrant bouquet. On the palate, it surprises with a remarkably full body and a clear structure that elevates it far beyond light summer wines—the finish is long and lingering.

The grapes come from the mineral-rich lava soils around Mount Etna, which give the wine a distinctive depth that you will hardly find in other white wines.

When it is most effective:

  • As an accompaniment to grilled fish, Sicilian antipasti or creamy risotto
  • Chilled to about 10–12 °C, it can be enjoyed on its own on a warm evening.
  • A discovery for all those who appreciate white wine with character and origin

A wine that sparks curiosity — about Sicily, about Mount Etna, and about the next sip.
