La Gatta Moscato d'Asti

Moscato d'Asti in its classic form: lightly sparkling, sweet, with the characteristic freshness of the Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains variety from Piedmont.

Vite Colte – Terre da Vino is one of Piedmont's leading wineries, founded as a cooperative of quality-oriented winegrowing families. The La Gatta wine comes from vineyards on calcareous marl soil – typical of the Moscato d'Asti growing region around Canelli and Santo Stefano Belbo. The hills' microclimate ensures slow ripening and preserves the natural aromas of the Muscat grape.

In the glass, it displays a straw-yellow, slightly effervescent color. The nose offers fresh peach, apricot, and orange blossom – the typical aroma profile of the Muscat grape, distinct and clear. On the palate, it is sweet and light-bodied (around 5.5% ABV) with a lively acidity that balances the sweetness. The finish is short and fresh.

Serving temperature: 6–8 °C . Pairs well with almond pastries, cantuccini, panna cotta, or fresh strawberries. Also enjoyable as a simple aperitif or to conclude a meal.

Vite Colte - Terre da Vino

Vite Colte – Terre da Vino represents the heart of Piedmont: a community of passionate winemakers who cultivate their vineyards with genuine conviction. Here, in the rolling hills of Piedmont, wines are created that taste of earth, cherry, and the cool autumn breeze of their homeland. Nebbiolo, Barbera, Moscato – each grape variety is given the opportunity to showcase its full potential. Without compromise, without haste. For Vite Colte, sustainability is not a marketing promise, but a lived reality: the winemakers tend their vines in such a way that the next generation will also benefit. You can taste this in the glass – in the clear, honest way the wines are expressed.
