Herrenberg Riesling Kabinett PW Mosel 0.75L

Herrenberg Riesling Kabinett PW Mosel 0.75L
A Kabinett from the Herrenberg vineyard – one of the great steep slopes of the Maximin Grünhaus estate on the Ruwer, a tributary of the Moselle. The winery boasts a history dating back to the 9th century and is among the most prestigious addresses in the Moselle region. Spontaneous fermentation is not a trend here, but a tradition.
In the glass, the Herrenberg Kabinett displays aromas of Granny Smith apple, lime juice, and rhubarb – cool, precise, with a distinct floral note of yellow blossoms. The typical Ruwer minerality gives the wine structure, the natural residual sweetness remains light and is balanced by lively acidity. Not a heavy, cloyingly sweet style – rather delicate and inviting to drink.
Kabinett Riesling from the Mosel is a classic food pairing for light cuisine: pan-fried trout with almond butter, Asian spring rolls, or a mild goat cheese go well with it. It also makes a fine aperitif on a warm evening. Serving temperature: 8–10 °C. Drinking window until 2030.

Maximin Grünhaus is one of the great names in the German wine world – and has been for centuries. The winery in the Ruwer Valley, a quiet side valley of the Moselle, was once owned by the Benedictine monastery of St. Maximin. Today, the von Schubert family cultivates this heritage with dedication and precision.
The three vineyard sites of Abtsberg, Bruderberg, and Herrenberg produce Rieslings that speak for themselves: delicate, mineral, with that unmistakable coolness and elegance that makes the Ruwer region so special. Whether a fresh and fruity Kabinett or a deep Spätlese – here you can taste history in every glass.
