Pinot Blanc Reserve QW Mosel 0.75L
The Pinot Blanc Reserve from Maximin Grünhaus is a dry white wine that shows what the Mosel has to offer beyond Riesling: depth, structure, and an unexpected aromatic complexity.
Maximin Grünhaus is one of the historically most significant wineries of the Mosel — the sites Grünhäuser Herrenberg, Abtsberg, and Bruderberg have been in the possession of the von Schubert family for centuries. The slate-rich soil shapes all the estate's wines, including this Pinot Blanc: on the nose, green pear and wet slate combine with a fine herbal spice as well as exotic hints of cardamom and nutmeg. The 18-month yeast aging in the Fuder barrel brings fullness and creamy texture without sacrificing freshness.
On the palate, the wine presents itself as dense and balanced — lively acidity that supports the body, and a long, slightly mineral finish. Served chilled at 10–12 °C, it pairs well with veal medallions with herb sauce, pasta with truffles, or a ripe Brie de Meaux.

Maximin Grünhaus is one of the great names in the German wine world – and has been for centuries. The winery in the Ruwer Valley, a quiet side valley of the Moselle, was once owned by the Benedictine monastery of St. Maximin. Today, the von Schubert family cultivates this heritage with dedication and precision.
The three vineyard sites of Abtsberg, Bruderberg, and Herrenberg produce Rieslings that speak for themselves: delicate, mineral, with that unmistakable coolness and elegance that makes the Ruwer region so special. Whether a fresh and fruity Kabinett or a deep Spätlese – here you can taste history in every glass.
