Frescobaldi Remole Toscana

Aromatic, fruity, and durable wine with a balanced structure, obtained from the Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese grape varieties of the Tuscany wine-growing region.

The wine shines in the glass in a powerful purple red and presents itself clear and with good color density. Its aromas are intense and fruity and reminiscent of cherry and red berries (blackberry, raspberry, and currant), supplemented by spicy pepper notes. On the palate, it is intense, warm, soft, balanced, and decidedly fresh. Long finish with a clearly fruit-forward aftertaste.

A wine to enjoy

A full-bodied wine, dry, smooth on the finish, which, however, gives the palate a little less pleasure compared to last year's edition,

The Winery

Frescobaldi

Marchesi de' Frescobaldi is one of the great names in Tuscany – and has been for around 700 years. Today, the family manages nine individual estates, from the cool Apennine slopes of Pomino and Chianti Rufina to the Maremma coast, clearly bringing the characteristics of each terroir into the bottle.

Tiziana, Lamberto, and Diana Frescobaldi lead the house in the 30th generation with the same standards as their ancestors: taking tradition seriously without skimping on development. Since 2012, all estates have held the AgriQualità certification from the Tuscany region; Castello Nipozzano and Castello Pomino were also the first Tuscan wineries with PEFC certification for sustainable forest management.
