Fontarèche Tradition Rose

A Rosé from the heart of the Languedoc that becomes the centerpiece of any summer table with its fresh aromatics and lively structure — without being loud or intrusive.

Château Fontarèche is located in Corbières, one of the oldest wine regions in the south of France. The barren limestone soils and the Mediterranean climate with strong winds — above all the Tramontane — ensure concentrated, characterful grapes. The estate's Tradition line stands for accessible, well-crafted wines that showcase the strengths of the region directly.

In the glass, the Rosé displays a clear, salmon-colored hue. On the nose, strawberry, white peach, and a hint of citrus zest. On the palate, fresh, lively acidity, a slender body, and a dry finish with a fine mineral aftertaste. A Rosé that does not lean towards sweetness, but shows poise.

Best served at 8–10 °C — as an accompaniment to grilled fish, ratatouille, goat cheese, or a classic bouillabaisse. Just as good on the terrace when the evening is still warm and dinner is yet to come.
