Cava Gran Reserva Tresor Brut Vintage

Pere Ventura's Tresor Brut Vintage is a Gran Reserva Cava from the Penedès region—aged on the lees for at least 30 months, far exceeding the Cava standard. This family-run winery in Sant Pere de Riudebitlles vinifies the classic Catalan trio of Macabeo, Xarel·lo, and Parellada grapes, complemented by Chardonnay for structure.

Fine, persistent bubbles, aromas of brioche and yellow apple, creamy texture, lively acidity. A distinct almond note lingers on the finish—typical of Xarel·lo. Serving temperature: 8–10 °C.

Convincing as an aperitif, but also holds its own alongside Jamón ibérico, mature Manchego or grilled prawns.
