Care Chardonnay

Care Chardonnay
A Chardonnay from northeastern Spain that focuses on fruit – without the heavy oak notes of many international examples of this grape variety.
Bodegas Añadas is located in the DO Cariñena in Aragón, one of Spain's oldest wine-growing regions. The continental climate, with its hot summers and cool nights, produces wines with a clear fruit core and well-integrated acidity. The Care brand stands for approachable wines with a regional character.
In the glass, the Chardonnay displays a bright golden yellow with greenish reflections. The nose offers aromas of green apple, pineapple, and a hint of ripe mango – aromatically present, yet fresh and clean. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, with lively acidity without harshness, and a short to medium finish with a light mineral note. The Guía Peñín awarded it 88 points (2019).
