Care Tinto Garnacha nativa

Care Tinto Garnacha nativa
Care Tinto Garnacha Nativa is an expressive red wine made from 100% Garnacha (Grenache) grapes from old vines in the Spanish region of Cariñena (DO Cariñena). The vines are rooted in stony, barren soils at higher altitudes of around 600–800 meters above sea level, where cool nights and a continental climate ensure slow ripening. After harvesting, the wine matures for approximately eight months in American oak barrels , which imparts a subtle, warm oak character and a smooth texture.
In the glass, it shines a rich ruby red with violet reflections. The nose reveals intense aromas of ripe red and black berries, black cherry, raspberry, blackberry, and a hint of cocoa beans, coffee, and lightly toasted spices , accompanied by floral notes and a subtle minerality. On the palate, the Care Garnacha Nativa is full-bodied, fleshy, and warm, with juicy, ripe fruit, soft, well-integrated tannins, and an elegant yet powerful spiciness. The acidity is fresh and vibrant, contributing to its longevity and lively drinkability.
The finish is long, concentrated, and fruity-spicy, with subtle vanilla and toasty notes lingering on the aftertaste. Served at around 16–18 °C and lightly decanted, this red wine pairs perfectly with grilled lamb, beef, pot-au-feu, grilled meats, or aged cheeses. A worthy representative of the local Garnacha grape, it impresses with its energy, warmth, and Mediterranean character.
