Care Solidarity Rosé

Care Solidarity Rosé is an elegant, dry rosé from the Cariñena DOP region in Aragon, Spain. Produced by Bodegas Care (Anadas), it presents itself as a modern, delicate rosé in the Provençal style, impressing with its clear fruit, fresh acidity, and a long, invigorating finish. The blend of Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, and a touch of Merlot combines the advantages of these varieties into a juicy, single-varietal rosé with a rich structure and exceptional drinkability.

In the glass, it displays an intense, bright salmon turquoise with subtle violet reflections. The nose is enticing with fresh notes of strawberry, red berries, cherry, caramel, floral nuances, and a hint of gooseberry . On the palate, the Solidarity Rosé is elegant, silky-smooth, and exceptionally well-balanced, with clear, vibrant fruit, well-integrated acidity, and a velvety, harmonious texture. The finish is long, fruity-fresh, and characterized by subtle minerality, leaving a pleasant aftertaste without being overpowering.

Served at around 6–8 °C , it is the perfect accompaniment to summer salads, tapas, grilled fish, seafood, light pasta dishes, or simply enjoyed on its own on the patio. The Care Solidarity Rosé is also a special wine with a social mission, as a portion of the proceeds is donated to initiatives fighting breast cancer – a pleasure that can be enjoyed with a clear conscience.
