Care Tinto Nouveau

Care Tinto Nouveau is a young, vibrant red wine from Spain – the Spanish answer to the French Beaujolais Nouveau. The wine is made primarily from Tempranillo (often with a touch of Garnacha) in the Cariñena DO region and is vinified after harvesting using the maceración-carbónica method , which results in abundant fruit, soft tannins, and a particularly juicy drinking experience.

In the glass, it displays a fresh, vibrant cherry red with violet reflections. The nose is intense and fruity-aromatic with aromas of sweet cherry, raspberry, red berries, and a hint of exotic fruits . On the palate, the Care Tinto Nouveau is youthful, fresh, and approachable, with a medium body, clear fruit, light spice, and a pleasantly soft, smooth finish. The acidity is lively yet harmonious, encouraging another sip.

As a young wine, it is usually best enjoyed young – ideally from harvest until about a year later. Served at around 12–14 °C , it pairs perfectly with tapas, grilled specialties, appetizers, pork, or simply as an uncomplicated wine to enjoy on convivial evenings. A fresh, fruity red wine that captures the energy of the new vintage in the glass.
