Care Solidarity Rosé
Care Solidarity Rosé is an elegant, dry rosé from the Cariñena DOP region in Aragon, Spain. Produced by Bodegas Care (Anadas), it presents itself as a modern, delicate rosé in the style of Provence, impressing with clear fruit, fresh acidity, and a long, stimulating finish. The cuvée of Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, and a portion of Merlot combines the advantages of these varieties into a juicy, varietal rosé with a substantial structure and high drinking pleasure.
In the glass, it shows an intense, bright salmon-turquoise with slight violet reflections. The nose seduces with fresh notes of strawberry, red berries, cherry, caramel, floral nuances, and a hint of gooseberry. On the palate, the Solidarity Rosé appears elegant, silky-soft, and extremely balanced, with clear, lively fruit, well-integrated acidity, and a velvety, harmonious texture. The finish is long, fruity-fresh, and characterized by subtle minerality, allowing the wine to linger pleasantly without being intrusive.
Served at about 6–8 °C, it is an ideal companion for summer salads, tapas, grilled fish, seafood, light pasta dishes, or simply enjoyed solo on the terrace.
